Based on the 2250 series as the design foundation, the cylinder is equipped with modular plastic taper bushes (gray), featuring low operation noise and shock resistance.

The plastic multi-wedge sheave is installed at the end of the Roller, separating the driving and conveying areas for smoother transportation.

The key bearing assembly is composed of precision ball bearings and plastic inner/outer sleeves. This design is not only aesthetically pleasing but more importantly enables the roller to operate more quietly.

The plastic end caps at the roller ends are designed to prevent dust and splashing water from damaging the bearings to a certain extent.

Compliant with ISO9982, PJ type, with a groove pitch of 2.34mm and a total of 9 grooves.

The conveying load capacity depends on the drive arrangement and multi-wedge belt type, generally suitable for conveying goods with a weight of no more than 30kg.

The roller is lightweight and has excellent starting performance.
